Modular Kitchens purchased through Live Home have covered under our quality promise for a limited 10-year period. Live Home quality promise protects your modular kitchen against any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of up to 10 years from the date of possession. The defective part will be repaired or replaced without charge following the table of claim terms below if the product has been found to be defective upon inspection by a company authorized representative.

MODULAR WARDROBES & STORAGES
Modular Wardrobes & Storages purchased through Live Home are covered under our quality promise for a limited 5-year period. Live Home quality promise protects your modular wardrobe and storages against any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of up to 5 years from the date of possession. The defective part will be repaired or replaced without charge; following the table of claim terms below if the product has been found to be defective upon inspection by a company authorized representative.

SEMI-MODULAR KITCHENS
Semi-Modular Kitchens is where the kitchen platform already exists at the site and is not in Live Home scope of work. Semi-Modular Kitchen purchased through Live Home is covered under our quality promise for a limited 2-year period. Live Home quality promise protects your semi-modular kitchen against any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of up to 2 years from the date of possession. The defective part will be repaired or replaced without charge, following the table of claim terms below if the product has been found to be defective upon inspection by a company authorized repre sensitive.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Live Home quality promise does not cover natural wear and tear or damage caused by rough handling or using the product beyond its intended use. Scratches, dents, stains, wrinkles, colour-fading, weaning/beading of fabric/leather including other changes developed due to normal wear and tear of the products during the usage.
- Fine hairline cracks, as they are part of the normal ageing process of wood veneers and solid wood furniture.
- The upholstery used is not covered under Live Home quality promise and, also not valid in case of defects caused by incorrect storage, abuse, alterations, wrong cleaning methods, cuts, scratches, impacts or accidents.
- Breakages/Damages on account of negligence, unintended usage, misuse, accident, any act of god, abuse, any agent like water/acid, etc, coming in contact with wooden member/ leather, while shifting/transporting the product from one place to another, etc.
- There may be shade variation in fabric colour compared to one chosen during signoff due to dye to dye variation. This is not a defect.
- There may be shade variation in polish colour compared to one chosen during signoff due to variation in wood inherent colour and material properties. This is not a defect.
- Upholstery cracks, upholstery tears, flattening of nap, pilling, shrinking, heavy soiling of fabric/leather including, other changes developed due to normal wear and tear of the products during the usage
- No warranty for mechanism in sofa cum bed.
- Notify Live Home within TEN days of any defect first coming into notice, via phone or mail.
- Live Home will honour its quality promise only when the quality promise period has not expired, subject to the limitations set through Live Home Terms & Conditions.
SOLID WOOD FURNITURE
Solid Wood Furniture purchased through Live Home comes with a 1-year quality promise against any manufacturing defects from the date of the delivery.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Live Home quality promise does not cover natural wear and tear or damage caused by rough handling or using the product beyond its intended use.
- The following are not considered as defects: natural wood characteristics such as variations in grain, colour, mineral streaks and knots.
- Notify Live Home within 10 days of any defect first coming into notice, via phone or email.
- Live Home will honour its quality promise only when the quality promise period has not expired, subject to the limitations set through Live Home Terms & Conditions.
ON-SITE FURNITURE PRODUCTS
All other furniture products purchased through Live Home come with a 1-year quality promise, against any manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Live Home quality promise does not cover natural wear and tear or damage caused by rough handling or using the product beyond its intended use
- Indirect/unintentional damage to walls/flooring or any other items in the site during onsite activity
- Cracks developing in panelling work on which the recommended gypsum cladding has not done.
- Service claims caused due to door expansion and contraction due to climatic conditions
- Modification or alteration work in existing furniture/doors of the customer.
- Cracks developing on sides of ply panelling as a result of vibrations in the building structure.
7. The Company is not liable for any items misplaced during work.
- The Company is not liable for material claims once the debris has been disposed of from the flat.
- Notify Live Home within TEN days of any defect first coming into notice, via phone or email.
10. Live Home will honour its quality promise only when the quality promise period has not expired, subject to the limitations set through Live Home Terms & Conditions.
INTERIOR WORKS
The warranty policy for painting, False Ceiling and Electrical is of 1 year as per Terms & Conditions stated below :–
PAINTING
The warranty does not cover defects arising out of factors out of control of the Company, including and not limited to:-
- Paint failures due to structural defects, water leakage and seepage within the build ing structure and continuous dampness of the surface
- Vandalism
- Natural calamities & acts of God
- Abuse or negligence by Customer
- Cracks caused by vibrations in the building structure
- Damages caused due to multiple agencies working on site other than the Company technicians/representatives
CEILING FALSE
The warranty does not cover defects arising out of the factors that out of control of the Company, including and not limited to:-
- Additional drilling/weight addition done after completion of the false ceiling has commissioned causing cracks/joint opening
- Light fixture fitting/accessory fitting done after project handover
- Cracks or any false ceiling failures caused due to room-temperature and humidity variations
- Damages caused due to multiple agencies working on site other than the Company technicians/representatives
- Cracks caused by vibrations due to constructional activity happening in the near vicinity or on-site interior works in flats adjacent
ELECTRICAL
The warranty does not cover defects arising out of the factors that are out of control of the Company, including and not limited to:-
- Switches, sockets, sensors and other electrical/electronic parts fitted by the Company.
- Light fixtures brought by the customer turns out to be faulty during fitting or post fitting then liability does not lie with the Company.
- Alterations or a modification has done in electrical wiring without the knowledge of the Company after project handover.
- Damages caused due to multiple agencies working on site other than the Company technicians/representatives.
